Palmista Press Unveils New Covers for the Infernal Influencer Trilogy
At Palmista Press, publishing a book doesn't end when it goes live on Amazon.
In many ways, that's where the final stage begins.
Once a title is published, we step back and evaluate every aspect of the reader experience—from the manuscript itself to the product page, series branding, marketing materials, and, perhaps most importantly, the cover design.
Following the successful publication of A. Craine's Infernal Influencer Trilogy, our editorial and design teams reached one conclusion:
The original covers, while visually striking, didn't fully represent the books readers would find inside.
Matching the Genre
The Infernal Influencer Trilogy has always been written as a supernatural techno-thriller.
Yes, there are demons.
Yes, there are supernatural forces.
But these novels are driven by suspense, mystery, technology, conspiracy, and psychological tension rather than traditional horror.
The original covers leaned more heavily toward supernatural horror, creating an expectation that didn't perfectly match the reading experience.
As publishers, that's something we take seriously.
A great cover should do more than attract attention.
It should accurately communicate the genre and tone of the story.
A Fresh Look for the Series
With the trilogy now officially published, we decided it was the perfect opportunity to refresh the series with a new visual identity.
Our in-house Palmista Press design team returned to the drawing board with one goal:
Create covers that immediately tell readers exactly what these books are.
The result is a set of covers that better capture the trilogy's unique blend of:
- Supernatural thriller
- Techno-thriller
- Psychological suspense
- Occult mystery
- Artificial intelligence
- Corporate satire
The new artwork brings a cleaner, more cinematic look while maintaining a consistent visual identity across all three books.
Most importantly, the covers now feel like the stories they represent.
Publishing Is an Ongoing Process
One of the advantages of independent publishing is the ability to keep improving.
Unlike traditional publishing, where a cover may remain unchanged for years, independent publishers have the flexibility to refine every part of a book as they learn more about the market and their readers.
At Palmista Press, we see publishing as an evolving process.
If we believe something can be improved—whether it's typography, formatting, metadata, or cover design—we're willing to make those improvements.
Our goal is always to give both authors and readers the best possible product.
Congratulations to Our Design Team
A special congratulations goes to our in-house design team for producing a cover redesign that truly reflects the identity of the series.
The new covers immediately communicate that Infernal Influencer isn't simply another horror series.
It's a supernatural techno-thriller where ancient evil collides with modern technology, and where the greatest battles for humanity may take place behind computer screens rather than in haunted houses.
We couldn't be happier with the final result.
Available Now
The Infernal Influencer Trilogy is now officially available, complete with its new visual identity.
We hope these redesigned covers help new readers discover exactly what makes A. Craine's debut trilogy so distinctive—a fast-paced blend of supernatural suspense, technological paranoia, and modern occult fiction.
Here's to the next chapter for both the series and its author.
